When will my Groupon be able to redeem?
Lacy Bella has been featured in many markets nationwide via Groupon! Please check the "fine print" of your Groupon to find the expiration date.

Where do I enter my Groupon code?
Enter the code that Groupon sent you without dashes into the "Promo Code" 
field

If you are a redeeming a Groupon or Google promo code and your balance does not recalculate, please STOP and either chat with us, or call us at 208-762-0933 so that we can help you with your code.

*Please note that it is the customers responsibility to make sure that the Groupon is applied to your cart prior to finishing the checkout process. Refunds will not be offered after the orders is placed.

Why isn't my code being applied to my cart?
The terms of the Groupon states that the minimum balance (before shipping) must be equal to, or greater than, the amount of your Groupon. If is NOT equal to or greater than then your Groupon will not be applied and you will be charged the full price.


*For Example: if have a $50 Groupon, then your order (before shipping) must be a minimum of $50.00. *This rule applies to whatever the value of your Groupon is.


Can I use multiple Groupon codes on my order?
No, only one Groupon code can be entered per order.

Can I use my Groupon on sale items or on a custom design?
Absolutely! You can use your Groupon for any of our designs and services, but it cannot be used in addition to any current sales promotions.

Please note that it's the customers responsibility to make sure that the discount is applied to the cart BEFORE finishing the checkout process. There is a 7% charge for orders to be cancelled. This fee will not be waived.
