Where do I enter my Groupon code?
Enter the code that Groupon sent you without dashes into the "Promo Code" field.
It's the customers responsibility to make sure that the discount is applied to the cart BEFORE continuing with the checkout process. There is a 7% processing charge to cancel an order. This fee will not be waived.


I thought I bought a personalized tree or specific decal, why am I getting charged?
When you buy a Groupon you are buying a gift card to use to buy anything on our website. On the Groupon feature we have several different pictures to showcase the different application ideas, styles, and designs that we offer. You are not purchasing any one item off of the picture features, they are to show you what all you can find at Lacy Bella. If you refer to your Groupon feature terms and fine print it will explain that it is for a gift card and not a certain design. If you find yourself not wanting to purchase because of the misunderstanding, just contact Groupon and they will refund you the money you spent on your Groupon.

Although we would hate to lose you as a customer, we do have over 2,300 designs in our catalog and a lot of drastically discounted clearance items that you would love and can use your Groupon for!



Can I use more than 1 Groupon on my order?
No, like most websites, our cart can only recognize ONE promo code per order transaction. Groupons cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.



What code do I use?
Use the all alphabetic code found in the center of your Groupon (just above the barcode)



Can I use my Groupon code and a sale code on the same order?

Sorry, no. Our website, like most other websites, can only recognize 1 code per order transaction. So if we are running a promotional company sale you cannot use both the sale code and the Groupon code on 1 order. This is the way that online carts are configured and there is no by-pass around this.


What can I order with my Groupon?
You can use your Groupon for any of our wall decal designs and services, such as custom designs, catalog items, and clearance designs. The Groupons cannot be used in addition to any current sales promotions.



Can I spend under my Groupon value?

Yes, you can spend under the $50 Groupon value. However any remaining balance cannot be transferred to another order in the future. You will be forfeiting any remaining promotional value if your subtotal is less than the Groupon value. Please see the Groupon's "Fine Print".



Do I have to spend exactly $50.00?

Nope, you can spend over the Groupon value, you'd just pay the price difference.



What is NOT included in the Groupon?
There is a $7.95 processing and handling fee applied to each order transaction. This fee cannot be combined or waived.



My Groupon is expired, can I still use it?

Absolutely! First you'll need to email help@lacybella.com so that we can reactivate your code for you. Even though the promotional value has expired, you still can use the Groupon for the price you purchased it for.



If I'm disatisfied with something about my order can I get my money back or get a gift card so I can buy something else?

This is an extremely rare question, but for transparency we want to make sure that our customers are educated on all policies. If for some reason there is an issue with your order Groupon forbids any cash refunds or gift cards. What we can do is mail out a replacement of the decal that there was an issue with so that you can apply it. Please refer to your Groupon terms for more information regarding limitations on cash or gift card policies. If you are dissatisfied in general you may contact Groupon and ask that they issue you a refund. Since they are the company that took your payment, they are the ones who would be able to authorize or issue a refund. Please know that we make EVERY effort to do our part for customer satisfaction and this is a rare issue, however we always want our customers to have all the information they need.
