Shipping Costs

  • ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: We do not charge for shipping. However there is a $7.95 processing fee for every order transaction (not per item).
International Shipping Costs
(we are continuing to working with shipping partners to lower international shipping costs, at this time these are the shipping rates for international shipping.)

  • ORDERS SHIPPED TO CANADA: There is a $7.95 processing fee and an additional flat rate shipping charge of $29.95 per order transaction.
  • ORDERS SHIPPED TO AUSTRALIA: There is a $7.95 processing fee and an additional flat rate shipping charge of $35.99 per order transaction.
  • ORDERS SHIPPED TO NEW ZEALAND: There is a $7.95 processing fee and an additional flat rate shipping charge of $35.99 per order transaction.
  • ORDERS SHIPPED TO BAHAMAS: There is a $7.95 processing fee and an additional flat rate shipping charge of $34.99 per order transaction
  • ORDERS SHIPPED TO IRELAND: There is a $7.95 processing fee and an additional flat rate shipping charge of $42.99 per order transaction.
  • ORDERS SHIPPED TO UNITED KINGDOM: There is a $7.95 processing fee and an additional flat rate shipping charge of $42.99 per order transaction.

2016 HOLIDAY DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES

Orders must be placed prior to these dates in order to ensure delivery by Christmas.

Orders placed after these cut off dates we cannot assure you delivery in time for Christmas. Since everything we make is handmade to order we encourage our customers to not wait till the last minute and to get their orders in ASAP to avoid the holiday rush.

    Turn Around Time

    Because every design is handmade to order, please allow 7-10 business days to process, however whenever possible we will ship out sooner.

    We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by using the Contact Us link or email us at order.status@lacybella.com


    Free Expedited Processing, Upon Request (DECALS ONLY)

    As a free courtesy to our customers, we can expedite the processing time of your order to be processed the next business day, it will still be sent USPS Ground.
    This service is only available upon request, and cannot always be guaranteed. Please email expedite@lacybella.com as soon as possible after the order is placed.



    -ENGRAVING -

    Turn Around Time

    There is a great deal more time that goes into the engraving process so there is a longer processing time than there is with decals. Because of this, please allow 3 - 4 weeks of processing time after your order is placed to have your engraved item shipped. We make every effort to ship out sooner, however this leadtime should be considered if you have a time sensitive order to be delivered.

    Changes to Order Details

    Our orders are processed through to the warehouse very quickly, especially decals, so if there is any need to make changes to the order, please contact us at orders.support@lacybella.com as soon as possible if you need to change the address, personalization, or color of a design. If we are not contacted before the order has been sent to processing we cannot edit the order so it is recommended that you contact us right away should there be any needed changes.

    International Orders

    At this time due to high shipping costs we do not offer international shipping.

    Orders Returned to our Warehouse
    • If your USPS package is returned to back to the warehouse, you will be credited back for the order, excluding the handling fee.
    • If you had used a Groupon to purchase the returned order, the Groupon will be reactivated so that you can use it on the new order.
    • We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order through our website.

    Orders Returned to our Warehouse

    We consider the status of an order shipment based on whatever www.USPS.com states. If the post office has marked the package as delivered it is deemed so and replacements will not be sent out. If you feel like you have not gotten your package the first step would be to contact your local post office to see if they are holding the package or have forwarded it to a different address or sent it back to us for some reason. Since USPS will be the only ones who can hold this information it is recommended that you contact them as a first step.
